In Golomoti village in Malawi, one of Impact Fund Denmark’s portfolio companies, JCM Power Corporation (JCM Power), is operating a 20-megawatt PV solar power park.
This fund is our principal fund and the driving force behind the majority of our projects. Unlike blended finance models, this fund is composed solely of public capital – 100 per cent provided by the Danish government – with no private investors involved. While we operate under the name Impact Fund Denmark, the fund is also registered as the Investment Fund for Developing Countries (IFU).
