Impact Fund Denmark is governed by a board of directors appointed by the Minister for Development Cooperation.
The board operates according to its rules of procedure. The day-to-day management is carried out by Impact Fund Denmark’s CEO. In addition, Impact Fund Denmark has a broad network of external advisors with extensive knowledge and management experience from Danish and international companies.
