As Denmark’s development finance institution, we create impact by investing in private sector companies within energy, health, food and finance. While we prioritise partnerships with Danish companies, our main goal is to drive sustainable growth and lasting impact.

Guided by the Danish Foreign Ministry, our targets ensure:

  • 50% investments of investments in Africa
  • 50% investments related to climate
  • 30% directed toward poor and fragile countries

Impact Accelerator

Africa Facility for Danish-African commercial partnerships

Impact Fund Denmark has increased its focus on supporting Danish companies’ engagement in developing markets.

In partnership with the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, we have therefore launched Impact Accelerator, a new financing instrument designed to help Danish companies and companies with commercial ties to Denmark establish or expand their business activities in developing markets.
