NSIA Bank is expanding access to finance for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in Côte d’Ivoire. As one of the country’s leading banks, NSIA helps businesses access the capital they need to grow, invest and create jobs.

MSMEs account for a large share of employment in Côte d’Ivoire, yet many continue to face significant barriers to financing. The investment strengthens NSIA Bank’s ability to increase lending to underserved businesses and promote greater financial inclusion.

In addition to supporting small businesses, part of the financing will contribute to green investments in sectors such as renewable energy and e-mobility. The investment therefore supports both economic growth and the green transition in Côte d’Ivoire.

80 per cent of the investment from Impact Fund Denmark will be allocated to support MSMEs, while the remaining 20 per cent will be directed towards green financing.
