Spiro is one of Africa’s largest e-mobility companies, with around 100,000 electric vehicles and 1,300 battery swap stations across six countries. By combining locally assembled bikes with battery-swapping and a tech-enabled platform, Spiro cuts costs, saves time and reduces CO2 emissions.
The investment enables Spiro to scale electric mobility across Africa, accelerating the green transition by replacing fossil-fuel motorcycles while expanding access to affordable transport and asset ownership – reducing emissions, lowering air pollution and improving incomes.
